As soon as you receive your journal:
log into the ‘heart on your sleeve’ platform and begin the project
fill out each section of the journal with the support of video tutorials
turn your journalling into art with the help of video tutorials

Once you finish the journalling:
start designing your custom hoodie using the online hoodie builder on the ‘heart on your sleeve’ platform
when you have it designed we will print it and send it to you
wear your custom hoodie with pride, keep using your journal and grow as a person.
